Commonly question about Fitness 5 Foods for Healthy Skin

Question :

What are the best, and main foods I should eat if I m trying to get more fit?

***This question is for a food/fitness specialist. Professionals only, thank you.***

I m in the 6th grade, and I m trying to get more fit for a couple of reasons:

1) There s someone I like, who I m trying to impress
2) I m doing it for me, so I can become a better me

I m the average weight, height, size, whatever you want to call it. But I feel like I can do better. No, of course I am not anorexic, nor will I ever be in the future. But everyone can improve in their health, right? Well, that s what my gym teacher says, and I believe him. I also want healthier skin. I just have some unnoticeable breakouts right where my hair line is that I want to get rid of. As for weight, I just want to gain some muscle, and maybe lose between 3-5 lbs. That s really all that s necessary.

So for all you health gurus out there, I think I know how to get the guy, but how do I get the look? What are some foods out there that can cure my skin, and be healthy for me at the same time? Same goes for drinks.

Answer :
First get yourself out of the whole downward spiral thing. Kick yourself out of it if need be. Might be negatively affecting your mood and how you treat others. Healthy food doesn t take much longer to cook than going out and buying fast food. Have you ever watched that one McDonald s movie (freaking a, what s the name? The one where the guy only eats McD s for 30 days?) Yeah totally NOT good for you. Fruit is cheap, bread is cheap, lettuce and deli meats are cheap. So make yourself a sandwich and stop feeling sorry for yourself. It won t help you. And you probably know more about exercize than you think. Put on some shorts and sneakers and go outside and run. Organics just means that they haven t been enhanced or sprayed with pesticides. Makes them slilghtly smaller but eliminates chances of ingesting chemicals. More expensive. Regulars are just fine. Start with a multivitamin and tell your mom about your concerns. Every woman thinks they look bad naked, and if you start with that attitude you ll go nowhere. For serious, stop giving yourself such a hard time.
